The time it takes to notice an improvement when using Flow can vary from person to person. Just like with medicines, the cause of your depression can affect how quickly and effectively the headset works for you.
To fully realise Flow's impact on your well-being, it can take up to 10 weeks. This is because other factors in your life can also influence how you feel. However, based on feedback from other Flow users, around 77% report a clinical improvement within 3 weeks.
The Flow app helps you track your progress by asking you to complete a weekly questionnaire called MADRS. Your progress will be displayed on a graph. To achieve the best results, consistently use the headset as directed in your treatment plan. Using the headset inconsistently has not been tested or shown to be as effective.
