Can I use Flow if I get a cold, flu, or fever?

Modified on Wed, 17 Dec at 4:47 PM

In general, it’s best to pause your Flow treatment if you’re feeling unwell with a cold, flu, or fever. This is because there isn’t enough research to fully understand how Flow may affect the brain when the body is fighting an infection. Taking a short break allows your body to focus on recovery.

That said, if your symptoms are mild and you’re able to carry on with your usual daily activities without needing medication, it’s generally fine to continue using Flow and there’s no need to pause your treatment.
