Can I use Flow if I get a cold, flu, or fever?

Modified on Mon, 8 Apr at 1:53 AM

In general, it's best to pause your Flow treatment until you feel better if you have a cold, flu, or fever. This is because there isn't enough research on how Flow might affect your brain when you're sick. Taking a break lets your body recover.

However, if you only have a mild illness and can still do your usual activities without needing medicine, it's okay to keep using Flow. In this case, you don't need to pause your treatment.
