How do I cancel my rental subscription?

Visit our Returning your headset page to cancel your rental subscription. You will need any order ID and your email address used for the Flow subscription. You can continue to use the headset for the remaining active period on your prepaid month.

For users returning Flow as part of our 30-day money-back guarantee

Once you have submitted the digital return request, a prepaid shipping label for the return will be sent to your email address along with instructions on how to send the headset back. When we receive the return, it takes us about two or three days to process the refund to your original payment method. When this is complete, you will receive an email confirmation. 

For users who have rented Flow for longer than 30-days

Once you have submitted the cancellation request, your subscription will be cancelled. There is no need to return the headset back to us; however, should you need to use the headset in the future, you can simply reactivate your subscription through this link: Reactivate your headset. If you know you won't be using the headset again, please contact our support team at will send you a prepaid shipping label for you to return the headset.
