What is your warranty policy?

Flow ensures the original purchaser that the Flow headset is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the periods listed below:

• Purchased headset: 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Rental-to-purchased headset: 12 months from the date the rental headset was purchased
• Rental headset: Covered throughout the active rental period.

This is based on the conditions that the device has been used in accordance with the user manual, has been supplied directly by Flow Neuroscience, and is in use in applicable countries.
