An activation code is required to activate your Flow headset. This code consists of 6 characters and is separate from your order number. If you use the same email address for your online order and your Flow app account, you will not need to enter the activation code into the app as our system will do this for you automatically.
If you’ve ordered directly from Flow
A unique activation code will be sent to the email address you provided when renting or purchasing Flow. The email's subject line will be "Flow headset activation code." If you haven't received this email, verify the email address used for your online order. This email address may differ from the one associated with your Flow account.
It's a common error for individuals to accidentally use a different email address or make a typo during the online store checkout process. If you suspect this might be the issue, contact our support team at [email protected]. For account security reasons, please include your full name, shipping address, phone number, and order number, if available.
If you’ve ordered from other retail channels
If you have purchased Flow from another retailer, your activation code will be printed on the activation card in the headset box.
If you’ve purchased Flow secondhand from another Flow user
If you've acquired Flow secondhand from another Flow user, please ask the original owner to give you the activation code or request them to contact Flow Support and request the transfer of the activation code to your account.
