Can I share my headset with someone else?

Yes, the Flow headset is designed to accommodate multiple users. To achieve this, each user should first create their individual account within the Flow app. This ensures that their treatment progress is tracked separately.

Newer versions of the headset will require the headset owner to send an invitation to any additional members who should have permission to use the headset. You can add up to 9 additional people.

  1. To add a new member to your account, follow these steps in the app:
  2. Tap the 'Settings' icon in the top left of the screen
  3. Select the 'Headset account' setting
  4. Tap the green 'Add member' button
  5. Enter the new member's email address
  6. Tap 'Send invite'

An email notification will be sent to the invited user’s email address. After they have created an account, they will have access to use the headset. Please be assured that when a member is added to an account, all details of the accounts remain separate.
