Flow is designed and certified as a treatment for depression only. While it isn't intended as a dedicated treatment for insomnia, insomnia often co-occurs with depression. In addition to an improvement in mood, many of our users have reported that using Flow has positively impacted their sleep behavior too*.
Due to the lack of comprehensive testing for Flow as an exclusive anxiety treatment, we advise against its use for insomnia unless there is also a concurrent diagnosis of depression.
*As measured by the a clinically validated survey (MADRS-s questionnaire) which users complete weekly.
