Although we recommend sticking to the treatment schedule as closely as possible, missing a few sessions during the Activation Phase or Strengthening Phase will not impact your long-term progress.
The Flow treatment schedule consists of two phases:
Activation Phase: 5x sessions a week for Weeks 1 - 3. Any missed sessions in the Activation Phase will rollover to following weeks, giving you a chance to make up for the missed sessions.
Strengthening Phase: 2x sessions a week for Weeks 4+. Any missed sessions in the Strengthening Phase cannot be rolled over to following weeks.
If you’ve missed a session in the Activation Phase
Any missed session from the Activation Phase will rollover to when you enter the Strengthening Phase. This gives you the opportunity to make up for the missed sessions. You will be able to see your amended stimulation schedule by tapping the 'Stimulation' icon on the bottom navigation bar in the Flow app.
If you’ve missed a session in the Strengthening Phase
Any missed sessions from the Strengthening Phase cannot be rolled over to future weeks.
