How do I change my payment method?

Rental subscribers can update their payment method through the Manage my subscription link in the Headset account section of the Flow app.


To update your payment method:

  1. Open the Flow app
  2. Tap the Settings menu in the top-right corner of the home screen
  3. Select Headset account
  4. Tap Manage my subscription
  5. Tap the link under Subscription payment method 
  6. Tap Add payment 
  7. Enter your new payment details
  8. Tap Add to save the new payment details


Your new payment method will be added to your account, and the old payment method can then be removed if needed.
