Flow permits users to buy and sell Flow headsets secondhand, but we urge both parties involved to exercise caution. Flow is not responsible for transactions that happen outside of our official channels.
Headsets manufactured before May 2023 do not require an activation code. Headsets manufactured after this time will.
Reselling rental headsets is not permitted as they are the property of Flow. They are equipped with a time-restricted activation code linked to the subscription that cannot be transferred for secondhand purchases.
If you are a buyer
Ensure the seller has an activation code for a purchased headset. If the activation code has already been used, the seller must request Flow Support to transfer this activation code to your account. Although we can help with this process, we cannot grant new activation codes if the seller is unable to provide one. Please note that the manufacturer warranty is limited to the original owner only.
If you are a seller
If your activation code has not been used, you can send it to the buyer for them to immediately apply to their account in the app. If the activation code has already been used on a Flow account, please contact support@flowneuroscience.com and request the activation code to be transferred to the buyer. Please include the email address associated with the Flow account that the code should be transferred to.
